TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms govern the sale of gym equipment, spare parts, and sports supplies ("Products") by Freeway Sports and Fitness Trading Company ("We," "Us"). By purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Payment Terms
  • All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer as payment methods.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed (for Bank Transfers) or at the time of delivery (for COD).
2. Returns and Refunds
  • Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in unused condition and original packaging.
  • Refunds: We process refunds within 7-10 business days to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
  • Non-returnable items: Customized items, items damaged due to misuse, or those not in original condition.
3. Delivery
  • Delivery time: 2-10 business days from order confirmation.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • We deliver only within Qatar.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered.
4. Warranty
  • Products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects, usually ranging from 6 months to 2 years.
  • Warranty covers defects under normal use but excludes misuse or accidents.
  • Warranty claims may require proof of the defect and photographic evidence.
5. Claims and Issues
  • Claims for damaged or defective Products must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • For non-delivery claims, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
6. Changes to Orders
  • Order changes can be made before shipment. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the price paid for the Product.
8. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, and disputes will be resolved in Qatari courts.
